This Privacy Policy describes how Digital Shvoong Solutions LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the FastClick mobile application (the “App”) and related pages on www.shvoong.net.
By downloading, installing, or using FastClick, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information we collect
FastClick is a simple offline-style kids game. We do not collect personal data through the App. The App does not require an account, does not include advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not ask children for a name, email, photo, contacts, or location.
Information you may send outside the App
- If a parent or guardian emails us for support (for example at [email protected]), we receive the contact details and message content they choose to send. That happens by email, not inside FastClick gameplay.
App stores and the device
Google Play (and any other store) may process install, update, and device information under their own privacy policies so they can distribute the App. That processing is controlled by the store, not by additional data collection we built into FastClick. See section 4.
Website analytics on www.shvoong.net (if any) apply only to website visitors, not to in-app play.
3. How we use information
Because FastClick does not collect personal data in the App, we do not use in-app personal data for advertising, profiling, or resale.
If a parent or guardian contacts us by email, we use that message only to respond to the request and to handle related support or legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
4. App store platforms
FastClick may be distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Those platforms have their own privacy practices. When you download, purchase, or review the App, Google or Apple may collect information according to their policies:

5. Third-party services
FastClick does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
We may use trusted third-party services for our website and email support only, such as:
- Website hosting and content delivery for www.shvoong.net.
- Email tools used when someone contacts support.
- Website analytics tools on www.shvoong.net (for example Google Analytics on this website only).
Distribution through Google Play is described in section 4. If we later add advertising, in-app analytics, or other SDKs to FastClick, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety form before release.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Pages on www.shvoong.net, including this Privacy Policy page, may use cookies or similar technologies, including tools such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our website. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The FastClick mobile app does not use web cookies.
7. How we share information
We do not collect personal data in the App to share with third parties.
If we receive support email or website-related information, we may share it only in these cases:
- Service providers who help us host the website or handle email support, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements if we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or Digital Shvoong Solutions LTD.
- Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing.
8. Data retention
Because the App does not collect personal data, there is no in-app personal data for us to retain. If we receive a support email, we keep it only as long as needed to respond and meet legal or record-keeping requirements, then delete it where reasonably possible.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s privacy
FastClick is intended for young children and families. On Google Play we target ages 5 and under (and we may also include related family age groups where appropriate). The App does not require an account and does not collect personal data from children during play.
We do not sell children’s personal information. We do not use children’s personal information for behavioral advertising. We do not condition gameplay on providing personal information.
Parents or guardians who have questions, or who believe we have received a child’s personal information (for example by email), can contact us at [email protected]. We will take steps to delete that information where required and reasonably possible.
11. International users
We may process and store information in the country where we operate and in other countries where our service providers are located. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your country of residence.
12. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you (for example support emails), or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your request before we can respond.
You can limit website analytics/cookies in your browser for www.shvoong.net. Uninstalling FastClick removes the App from the device.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. The updated policy will apply from the date it is posted. Continued use of FastClick after an update means you accept the revised policy.
