This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Shvoong Solutions LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information for the FastClick mobile application (the “App”). It is a transparency notice for parents and guardians. It does not ask a child to agree to anything.
Company-wide practices for our website and email are also described in our Privacy Policy. If this FastClick page and that policy conflict about the App, this page applies to FastClick.

2. Information we collect
FastClick is a simple offline-style kids game. We do not collect personal data through the App. The App does not require an account, does not include advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not ask children for a name, email, photo, contacts, or location.
Information you may send outside the App
- If a parent or guardian emails us for support (for example at [email protected]), we receive the contact details and message content they choose to send. That happens by email, not inside FastClick gameplay.
App stores and the device
Google Play (and any other store) may process install, update, and device information under their own privacy policies so they can distribute the App. That processing is controlled by the store, not by additional data collection we built into FastClick. See section 4.
3. How we use information
Because FastClick does not collect personal data in the App, we do not use in-app personal data for advertising, profiling, or resale.
If a parent or guardian contacts us by email, we use that message only to respond to the request and to handle related support or legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
4. App store platforms
FastClick may be distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Those platforms have their own privacy practices. When you download, purchase, or review the App, Google or Apple may collect information according to their policies:

5. Third-party services
FastClick does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
We may use trusted third-party services for our website and email support only, such as:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, content delivery, and Cloudflare Web Analytics for www.shvoong.net (cookieless; not used inside the App).
- Google (Google Workspace / Gmail), which receives messages sent to [email protected].
- Google Fonts and cdnjs on related website pages (not inside the App).
Distribution through Google Play is described in section 4. If we later add advertising, in-app analytics, or other SDKs to FastClick, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety form before release.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
www.shvoong.net uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies. It does not use advertising cookies. The FastClick mobile app does not use web cookies. Website practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
7. How we share information
We do not collect personal data in the App to share with third parties.
If we receive support email or website-related information, we may share it only in these cases:
- Service providers who help us host the website or handle email support, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements if we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or Digital Shvoong Solutions LTD.
- Business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing.
8. Data retention
Because the App does not collect personal data, there is no in-app personal data for us to retain. If we receive a support email, we keep it for 6 months after our last reply, then delete it where reasonably possible, unless a longer period is required for legal or record-keeping reasons.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s privacy
FastClick is designed for young children and families. On Google Play it is listed as made for ages 5 and under, and we are committed to following the Google Play Families Policy. The App does not require an account and does not collect personal data from children during play.
We do not sell children’s personal information. We do not use children’s personal information for behavioural advertising. We do not condition gameplay on providing personal information.
Parents or guardians who have questions, or who believe we have received a child’s personal information (for example by email), can contact us at [email protected]. We will delete that information where required and reasonably possible. See also our company Privacy Policy.
11. International users
We may process and store information in the country where we operate and in other countries where our service providers are located. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your country of residence.
12. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you (Israel: section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981);
- correct or delete inaccurate information (Israel: section 14); and
- if you are in the EU or UK: erase, restrict, or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting processing that happened before you withdrew it.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You may also complain to a data-protection authority. In Israel, that is the Privacy Protection Authority (הרשות להגנת הפרטיות). In the EU or UK, it is your local supervisory authority, for example the ICO in the UK.
Uninstalling FastClick removes the App from the device.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we change how the App works or add a new service provider. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For a material change that affects what the App collects or shares, we will also update the Google Play Data safety form (and any other store disclosures) before that change takes effect.
