This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Shvoong Solutions LTD (“Shvoong”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal information when you visit our website, use our apps, or contact us.
1. Who we are

- our mobile apps, currently FastClick for Android (each an “App”); and
- email you send us.

We are the database controller (Israeli law) and the controller (EU/UK GDPR) of the personal information described in this policy, unless we say otherwise.
Some apps have their own privacy page with extra detail. If an app-specific page conflicts with this policy, the app-specific page applies to that app.
2. Summary
- Our apps: FastClick does not collect personal information from players. It has no accounts, ads, in-app analytics, or tracking SDKs. See the FastClick Privacy Policy.
- Our Website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits in aggregate. That service does not use cookies or identify individual visitors. The Website also loads fonts and icons from third-party networks.
- Our contact forms do not send anything to our servers. They open your own email app with a pre-filled message, and we receive only what you choose to send.
- We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Information we collect and why
3.1 When you visit the Website
Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Website is used and how it performs. Cloudflare describes this service as not using cookies or browser storage, not identifying individual visitors, and not storing IP addresses. A visit may send your IP address to Cloudflare as part of a normal request; Cloudflare says it discards that address at the nearest data center and does not keep it. We do not use this information for advertising or to profile you. For visitors in the EU or UK, our legal basis is legitimate interests in understanding and improving the Website.
Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), and the networks that serve our fonts and icons (Google Fonts and cdnjs / Cloudflare) automatically process IP address, browser headers, and request time so they can deliver the Website securely and reliably. For visitors in the EU or UK, our legal basis for this is legitimate interests in operating a secure website.
We do not knowingly use the Website to collect personal information from children.
3.2 When you use a contact form or email us
The Contact Us and Join Our Internal Testers forms on the Website do not upload your details to our servers. When you press the button, your device’s email app opens with a pre-filled message to [email protected]. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.
When you email us, we receive what you include: usually your name, email address, subject, and message. For tester requests, we also receive the platform you select (iOS or Android). We use this information to:
- reply to you and provide support;
- invite you to test pre-release builds, if you asked to join our testers; and
- keep business records and meet legal obligations.
Giving us this information is voluntary. You are not legally required to provide it. If you choose not to, we will not be able to reply or add you as a tester. For visitors in the EU or UK, our legal basis is legitimate interests in answering your request, and taking steps at your request before entering into an arrangement with testers.
3.3 When you use our Apps
See the app-specific privacy page for each app. For FastClick, that page is the FastClick Privacy Policy.
3.4 Information we do not collect
We do not ask for sensitive information such as health or medical information about you or your child. Please do not send it. If you include such information in an email, we will use it only to respond to you and will delete it when it is no longer needed.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies.
Our Apps do not use web cookies.
5. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that process information for us:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, content delivery, and Cloudflare Web Analytics;
- Google LLC / Google Ireland: Google Fonts on the Website, and Google Play for app distribution and tester lists;
- Google (Google Workspace / Gmail), which receives messages sent to [email protected].
- App stores (Google Play and, in future, the Apple App Store). They process information under their own privacy policies when you browse, download, or review an App. We do not control that processing.
- Legal reasons: if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, court order, or a competent authority, or is needed to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfer: if the company or its assets are merged, sold, or transferred, subject to this policy or equivalent protections.
6. International transfers
We are based in Israel. Our service providers, including Google and Cloudflare, may store or process information in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer information abroad, we rely on safeguards permitted by applicable law, including those providers’ contractual data-protection commitments.
7. How long we keep information
- Emails and support messages: for 6 months after our last reply, then deleted where reasonably possible, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, or record-keeping reasons.
- Tester lists: until the testing program ends or you ask to be removed.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics: Cloudflare keeps detailed visit data for about 7 days, then keeps a smaller aggregated set for longer-term reporting.
- Server and security logs: retained by Cloudflare under its standard practices.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures suitable to our size and the limited information we hold, including HTTPS for the Website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
Some of our Apps are designed for young children. FastClick is listed on Google Play as made for ages 5 and under, and it is designed so that it does not collect personal information from children. Details are in the FastClick Privacy Policy.
The Website is intended for adults: parents, businesses, and testers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Website or by email. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has sent us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you (Israel: section 13 of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981);
- correct or delete inaccurate information (Israel: section 14); and
- if you are in the EU or UK: erase, restrict, or object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting processing that happened before you withdrew it.
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You may also complain to a data-protection authority. In Israel, that is the Privacy Protection Authority (הרשות להגנת הפרטיות). In the EU or UK, it is your local supervisory authority, for example the ICO in the UK.
11. Links to other sites
The Website and store pages may link to third-party sites, for example Google Play. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we launch a new App or change a service provider. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For a material change that affects an App, we will also update that App’s store listing and data disclosures before the change takes effect.
